After 22 years of hard work, dedication, and passion, our much-beloved MD, Nick de Borde, will be stepping down from his current role at Beaumont this Friday, 29th November. He leaves behind a remarkable legacy of innovation, growth, and countless friendships within the industry.
Under Nick’s leadership, Beaumont has gone from strength to strength, from pioneering product innovations to expanding our global reach. Nick has navigated both opportunities and challenges, including some tumultuous global events. Above all, he has always led the company with the same approachable, friendly manner for which he is so well-liked. Nick is held in high regard by colleagues and customers alike, and as he embarks on the next chapter of his journey, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes for the future. He will be greatly missed, but his impact on Beaumont and the wider industry will continue to be felt for years to come!

Where do I start?!
For the last 22 years, Beaumont has been my passion!
There are so many wonderful memories, all starting with my love for Optics. The market has changed since I started out, the way of dispensing has changed, but I’m happy to say that we still hold the number one rank in the manufacture of optics!
Selling spirit measures to over 40 countries as well as all the other products we’ve added, helped me expose Beaumont to the world and the world to me!
Most of all Beaumont has you, our customers, to thank for supporting our growth, and for helping us get our products into every licensed premise in the country.
You’re more than customers to me, you’re all friends and I’ll miss you all greatly.
Thanks for the memories, and who knows—you might see me around in the future!
