Who do you sell to?

We supply our products directly to distributors. If you see a product that you would like to order, please use our ‘Find a Distributor’ Page to locate your nearest supplier. If you are unable to find a suitable distributor please contact our sales office on 01525 722 500 for further support.

I am a distributor - how can I open an account?

I am a distributor with an account – how can I place an order?

How can I check if you have something in stock?

How long will delivery take?

We aim to despatch orders for stock items on the same day via a standard overnight service. Please note this is only applicable on orders received before 14:30 (Monday – Thursday) and 12.30 (Friday). Further delivery options can be requested via our sales office.

My order has not arrived yet – how can I track it?

Generally, delivery of your order will be made the next day between 8am and 6pm. If not you have not received your order within this time frame or, if you have not received any tracking information from Parcelforce, please contact the sales office who will be happy to help.

There is a problem with my order, what should I do?

Please contact the sales office within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so that we can look into any issues.

What is your returns policy?

We do not supply products on a sale or return basis, however, depending on the circumstances/product we are able receive items back into stock. Please note returns are considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the sales team. A handling charge of 10% will be applied.

Do you offer a branding service?

Yes, we can offer branding on various items, please contact the sales office for further information.

How do you recommend cleaning spirit measures?

Washing the measures in a mild solution of soapy water then rinsing clean should be sufficient in most instances. Alternatively, we supply a spirit measure cleaner.
