We were very happy to return to Hotelympia for our 4th time, Hotelympia is the UK’s market leading hospitality and food service event and this year it took place at the ExCel in London.
For more than 83 years, Hotelympia has stood at the forefront of hospitality innovation and progression. In March 2018, Hotelympia returned with four brand new shows. With a showcase of over 750 of the world’s finest suppliers and service providers to the hospitality industry exhibiting. Everything is covered from new products, to ideas on how to increase profitability and day-to-day efficiency, identify key trends to stay ahead of your competition, maximise new ideas and training opportunities and how to grow your industry network and establish strong business relationships.
A huge amount of professionals from the hospitality industry were in attendance from hotel managers and directors, to bar and restaurant owners and everything in between. What better time for us to showcase some of our new products, all of which will be bringing to our online world week on week following Hotelympia.
Almost everything was on show from the Beaumont TM team, who were out in full force. From our original peg boards, to our copper plated barware, the soda syphon, our new antique brass collection and so much more.
Our life-size bar was on hand as the exhibition stand, with a multitude of products set out across the floor and along the front and back bar. We also had the return of live cocktail making on the stand, giving out free cocktails to those who took an interest in the Beaumont TM stand. We were lucky enough to have Tom Dyer and Jumbles St Pierre, two renowned professional UK bartenders, on the stand preparing the cocktails using ODK cocktail fruit purees and cocktail syrups.
If you were lucky enough to get one of our free ODK cocktails from Tom or Jumbles then it would have been the Raspberry Lemon Tree or the Pornstar Martini. We hope to see you at Hotelympia again! If you are interested in recreating any of those fantastic drinks then take a look at these videos from ODK below:
