It’s all got a bit cold and dark out there in the past few weeks, but the festive season is here to bring a welcome dose of cheer. Why wait until Christmas day to pull out the festive favourites? The whole of December is designated National Eggnog Month in the U.S, so pull up an armchair, pull on some knitwear, and feel all warm and fuzzy with a little help from an easy-to-make seasonal classic—Whiskey Eggnog.
In our humble opinion Whiskey beats Brandy or Rum in an Eggnog–the flavour of a good Whiskey just pops out so much stronger and makes for a more flavoursome final product, but using Brandy or Dark Rum in this recipe will work just fine too.
So, without further ado, here’s something to keep winter blues at bay and roll Christmas that little bit closer…
