The tree is up, the presents are wrapped, and the turkey is (hopefully) in the fridge, but there’s one small detail you might have overlooked – cocktail garnishes! Not to worry, we’ve got you covered with some seasonal suggestions, both elegant and suitably silly…
Citrus Tinsel Twist
Much like the classic citrus twist, this one is just a little more extravagant. Break out the Zester and Canale Cutter and remove a long piece of zest by going from one end of a lemon or orange to the other. Use a cocktail pick to curl the zest by wrapping it around as tightly as possible. Then, hook one end of the zest off the side of the glass and let it hang, or if your glass allows it, hook one end to the glass and wrap it around – just like you’re wrapping a tree!

The Holly Bush
Place two raspberries on top of the ice in your drink and use some Garnish Tweezers to precisely place a mint sprig between the raspberries, resting it gently against the glass rim.

Alternatively, you could thread a Copper Garnish Pick through the raspberries and mint leaves and rest it on top of the glass.
The Rudolph Garnish
This is a fun one you can do with the kids! Using a cocktail pick, place a white marshmallow on the end of it, making sure that the round sides face outwards as this will form the face. Stick two rosemary sprigs on top for antlers, two cloves for the eyes, and a red jellybean for the nose. You can attach the nose by using a small piece of a Wooden Cocktail Stick and pinning it below the eyes. If you want a slightly classier alternative, poke two rosemary sprigs into a maraschino cherry.
