In this week’s blog, we take a closer look at some of the functionality in our new Trade Buyers Portal—built to streamline the process and make every day quicker and easier for our trade customers.
If you haven’t checked it out yet, the unique URL for the new service is: https://trade.beaumonttm.co.uk/ – but you can also find a direct link in the header of our main website labelled “Trade Buyers”.
To log in you will need the email address you use to order from us, along with your Beaumont TM account number.
Once logged in you’ll benefit from a range of features, but probably the most convenient and time-saving are auto-notifications. Auto-notifications are configured to cut out any need to chase us up with questions about stock… if it’s in or out of stock… when it will be back in stock… and so on.
The new system shows you the stock status of any product, and if it’s out of stock you can turn on notifications and receive an email when it’s back at Beaumont. This is a game-changer for those of you that have backorders—you can now just hop onto the site and turn on notifications for every product you have on backorder by using the search fuction.

When viewing a product that’s out of stock, click the little yellow ‘Notify when back in stock’ link…
Pop in your email address…
And hey presto! When the product comes in you will receive an email like this one telling you the good news!
