Gin is always super-popular at this time of year, and we’re well into Champagne season (if such a thing exists), so what could be better than combining the two crowd favourites and adding a splash of colour and a fruity zing to make it feel extra special?
Ingredients (for one glass)
25ml Pomegranate Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Combine Pomegranate juice, Gin and Syrup in your Cocktail Shaker & fill with Ice.
Strain into a Champagne flute.
Garnish with Pomegranate seeds.
