The January blues can really get one over on you, particularly if you’re just emerging from an indulgent Christmas into the absolute piety of dry January. The answer? A cracking repertoire of mocktails up your sleeve to liven things up.
Mocktails are all about going the extra mile to convince drinkers that the mocktail is as indulgent as the real thing, so presentation is absolutely key, and (as always) some special barware can go a long way. So, here are three of our favourites that work beautifully with the Beaumont range…
Virgin Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
Crushed Ice
100ml Ginger Beer
25ml Lime Juice
50ml Soda/Sparkling Water
Lime for the garnish
Method:
Fill mug with crushed ice
Top up with ginger beer, lime juice and soda
Stir
Garnish with lime & enjoy!

Virgin Mai Tai
Ingredients:
Crushed Ice
180ml Orange Juice
180ml Pineapple Juice
Grenadine (Dash)
Orgeat Syrup (Dash)
Cherry and Pineapple for the garnish.
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker
Shake thoroughly
Strain into mug with ice
Garnish and enjoy!

Virgin Mint Julep
Ingredients:
Crushed Ice
15ml Mint Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
Fresh Mint for the garnish.
200ml Ginger Ale
Method:
Fill Julep Cup with crushed ice
Pour lemon juice and mint syrup over ice
Top up with ginger ale
Garnish and enjoy!
